    NeoGeo builds digital twins of cities for urban governance, including master plans and real-time monitoring of pollution, flooding and property-tax leakages, and maps and manages assets such as highways, pipelines and power transmission lines by integrating IT with operational technology. The company generates the majority of its revenue from cross-country infrastructure and urban government projects and has largely operated as a systems integrator earning project-by-project revenue. NeoGeo plans to platformize its services because around 60–70% of customer requirements are similar across projects, enabling ready-to-deploy offerings with regional customizations. It has an existing presence in West Asia and is prioritizing international expansion with planned offices in Europe and the U.S. within the near term. The recently raised Series A funding will be allocated equally to consolidating its domestic position, opening international offices, and building software products to scale the business.

    Founded in 2016, Gnani.ai offers a no-code, omnichannel voice-first generative AI suite that supports conversational automation, agent assist, voice biometrics, and analytics across voice, chat, and messaging channels. The platform is positioned to help enterprises automate and scale customer interactions while improving customer experience and operational efficiency. The company reported strong financial growth in FY25, with revenue rising to Rs 53.87 crore from Rs 23.09 crore in FY24 and turning profitable with a net profit of Rs 3.19 crore versus a net loss of Rs 0.51 crore the previous fiscal. Following the Series B, management plans to scale the voice AI platform, enhance product capabilities, and expand its enterprise footprint both domestically and internationally. Gnani.ai previously raised Rs 30 crore in a July 2024 Series A from Info Edge Ventures, and the latest round was led by Aavishkaar Capital.

    Founded in 2021 by Prasanta Sarkar and Rochan Sinha, Newtrace designs and manufactures Voltagen, a proprietary electrode technology for alkaline water electrolyzers used in green hydrogen production. The electrodes are intended as drop-in replacements, enabling electrolyzer manufacturers, green hydrogen project developers and industrial gas companies to boost efficiency, extend system lifetimes and lower hydrogen costs without redesigning existing systems. The company plans to use its latest funding to scale pilot manufacturing, validate its technology with customers and broaden both engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Newtrace targets initial commercial deliveries of Voltagen electrodes within the next 12 months. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, it recorded operating revenue of Rs 1.8 crore while losses widened 73 % to Rs 15.6 crore. The firm positions itself at the intersection of climate tech and industrial hardware, aiming to accelerate the global transition to green hydrogen.
