ORQUEST builds AI-driven workforce planning and scheduling software for retail and quick-service restaurants, using advanced forecasting and optimization algorithms to improve store performance and customer service. The platform is deployed in 24 countries and manages more than 1,800 points of sale, with customers including Zara, McDonald’s, Etam and Norauto. ORQUEST is a 2019 spinoff of Decide and was accelerated by Lanzadera beginning in January of the reported year. The company says its product increases employee productivity and maximizes sales by improving in-store service through better staffing. ORQUEST plans to use new funding to accelerate international expansion across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas and to grow talent and capacity to support that strategy.

Founded in 2015 in Spain, 3ANTS develops technology and services to detect and eliminate illegal digital content en masse to fight online piracy. Its solutions are used by major film producers and distributors and the company operates in markets including Spain, the US, Argentina, Mexico and the UK, and also serves sectors such as publishing. 3ANTS holds an EU H2020 Cybersecurity seal and won second prize in the EIT Digital Challenge, reflecting external recognition of its technology. The startup attributes its success to its team, philosophy and proprietary technology capable of large-scale takedowns of illicit content. Management says the recent capital injection will enable development of new services targeting fraud and counterfeits and support growth in existing markets. Investors and partners also provide professional backing, US west-coast connections and access to international networks and infrastructure.
