Launched in 2014, our goal is to provide broad coverage of the emerging unicorns and fastest growth blockchain companies and crypto projects. The strategy is now in its 9th year and has to date invested in more than 40 pure play blockchain venture funds in the Americas, Asia, and Europe; and in a combined portfolio of 400+ blockchain and crypto projects including approximately 50% of all blockchain unicorns. Our funds rank in the top decile amongst all funds in their respective categories on both Pitchbook and Preqin. Headquartered in San Francisco with a presence in Grand Cayman, London, New York, Zug, and Zurich, the alternative investment management firm was co-founded by Alison Davis and Matthew Le Merle.

By focusing on these trust and compliance primitives, the company aims to facilitate widespread institutional adoption of autonomous operations. The firm was founded by Chandler Fang and positions itself as critical infrastructure for organizations deploying AI-driven agents. With the fresh capital, T54 Labs plans to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and deepen partnerships with institutions embracing autonomous workflows. The recent $5 million seed round marks its first disclosed financing and provides runway to scale both technology and go-to-market efforts.

The company has processed more than $10 billion in transactions, supports over 50 currencies and holds licences, authorisations and registrations in 22 jurisdictions across North America, Europe and Africa. It counts strategic partnerships and customers including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Coinbase, Western Union and others. Yellow Card is focused on expanding its stablecoin rails to enable faster cross-border transactions and to connect banks directly to those rails. The company plans international expansion into Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Its recent financing has brought total equity funding to more than $120 million, which the company says will be deployed to scale product rollout and geographic reach.

The startup completed a $3.0M Pre-Seed financing at a $30.0M valuation. Protocol Labs led the round. Other backers include Blockchain Coinvestors, OKX Ventures, CMS Holdings, HashKey Capital, Amber Group, P2 Ventures (formerly Polygon Ventures), Polygon’s Sandeep Nailwal and Solana Foundation’s Austin Federa.

Zeek is a decentralized collaboration network that uses on-chain social-bounty mechanics to generate a reputation layer for users. Its core product uses ‘Wishes’ (on-chain bounties) to surface opportunities for information, connections, and contributions. User contributions generate ‘Rizz’, a measurable reputation metric intended to be monetized and to signal credibility and influence. The product is powered by OpenSocial Protocol and the team has designed a token to foster collaboration and on-chain reputation construction. Zeek is currently in Private Beta and is preparing for an official launch in July, with pre-registration open via X and Discord. The company plans a Tier-0 Genesis NFT drop, limited to 250, later this month.
