    Qapla’ offers an integrated platform that lets B2C e‑commerces manage all shipment steps, from label printing to delivery notification, and centrally monitor carriers with real‑time tracking. The platform combines shipment tracking, customer care tools and marketing/retention features, including an editor to customize delivery notifications with offers and recommendations. Qapla’ sends delivery communications via e‑mail or SMS and provides customer‑care control across carriers to improve delivery‑stage satisfaction. The company says the platform has helped many e‑commerce customers optimize time and resources and maximise customer satisfaction during delivery. Qapla’ was founded in 2014 by Luca Cassia and Roberto Fumarola and was accelerated by Nana Bianca in Florence. It recently closed a €950K funding round to support growth. Qapla provides a customer experience platform for ecommerce that monitors delivery across more than 40 national and international shipping companies and enables direct communication with end customers via email and a dedicated ticketing system. The service integrates with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, PrestaShop and WooCommerce and supports marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and EPrice. Led by CEO Roberto Fumarola and CTO Luca Cassia, the company offers tools to track shipments and manage post-purchase customer interactions. Qapla raised an angel round of undisclosed amount to support growth. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and improve the platform. Qapla expects to launch its mobile app, QaplAPP, soon.

    Le Cicogne provides an online and mobile platform that allows families to find and book vetted babysitters. Co-founded in 2013 by CEO Monica Archibugi and COO Giulia Gazzelloni, the company is based in Rome, Italy. It was accelerated within Luiss Enlabs and later supported by Pi-Campus via its Pi-Internship program. The service is currently present in 83 cities with 3,000 families using the platform. The company plans to reach 120 cities in the next months and intends to use the funds to consolidate and expand its presence in Italy, with a later expansion into Europe. Le Cicogne is an online platform that connects families with vetted babysitters and other childcare services, including baby & teen taxi, tutoring and baby party services. Service providers (called cicogne) are trained and vetted 18–30 year olds who access job opportunities online. Families upload queries on the website and choose between offers; the company also offers B2B services to companies and hotels. Led by CEO Monica Archibugi, CTO Valentina Tibaldo and COO Giulia Gazzelloni, Le Cicogne was incubated and accelerated within Luiss Enlabs. The company will use the new funding to grow its customer base in Rome and Milan and to finalize development of its mobile app. It raised €85K at an €850K valuation and is seeking a further €40K by October 2014. Le Cicogne operates a marketplace that connects parents with babysitters, baby-teachers and baby-taxi drivers. The service targets students aged 18–28, offering a subscription model to find flexible job opportunities. Members must pass a certification test and meet the team in person before accepting opportunities. Parents can register for free, submit entry requests and choose among candidates. The company is incubated in Enlabs. It will use the funds from the micro-seed to grow operations.
