- Merchantee
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Merchantee provides a platform that consolidates catalogue, pricing, and campaign data across supported marketplaces and uses AI to recommend and execute actions such as repricing products, selecting promotional campaigns, and optimising catalogue performance. The system operates at the individual product level and can adjust pricing at regular intervals while enforcing seller-defined rules. Merchantee aims to help sellers manage marketplace complexity without materially increasing headcount or operational resources. It is already used by hundreds of sellers and digital commerce teams, including customers such as Philips, Lindt, SodaStream, and Vilgain. The company plans to expand geographically across Europe—starting with Poland and Germany—and to add integrations with marketplaces like eMag, BOL, and Cdiscount. Merchantee is also developing autonomous decision-making capabilities and exploring longer-term agent-to-agent commerce models. The company recently raised €1.8 million to support these product and expansion initiatives.
- Every Health
Led · Seed · Oct 2025
Every Health is a German digital-health startup building the first virtual clinic in Europe devoted to LGBTQ+ and broader sexual-health services. Its platform offers end-to-end care pathways that include at-home testing, online consultations, e-prescriptions and discreet medication delivery, all supported by a network of partner doctors, pharmacies and laboratories. In its first year of operation the company has already served thousands of users across Germany, validating demand for culturally competent, judgment-free healthcare. While initially focused on LGBTQ+-specific needs such as PrEP access and gender-affirming care, the service is also positioning itself as a mainstream sexual-health provider to anyone facing stigma or geographic barriers in traditional systems. Management points to a €150 billion annual LGBTQ+ healthcare spend in Europe and data showing 46 % of queer patients hide their identity from clinicians, underscoring the market gap. Proceeds from the latest financing will fund new remote diagnostics and treatment pathways and underpin expansion to additional European countries. The company has not disclosed revenue figures but emphasizes rapid user growth and partnerships as early traction indicators.
- DecisionRules
Participated · Seed · May 2025
DecisionRules offers a cloud-native, SaaS Business Rules Management alternative that enables non-technical teams to create, edit and deploy decision rules without IT involvement. The platform provides drag-and-drop rule creation, real-time validation, version control, and easy API integration so it can be used out of the box and scale with customers. It is already used across industries including finance, insurance, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce by customers such as Accenture, Boohoo, WizzAir, and Wolford. The company plans to broaden product capabilities with AI-assisted rule building and other new features. Proceeds from the recent financing will be used to scale sales and marketing globally — with a focus on the US and UK — and to support international expansion, particularly into Latin America.
- Edmund
Participated · Seed · Feb 2025
Edmund builds AI agents that integrate technical documentation, PLC projects, maintenance logs and real-time machine data into a single operational layer for factories. Its platform guides technicians to identify faults, determine root causes and receive step-by-step troubleshooting, cutting diagnosis time by up to 90 percent. In customer deployments, such as at Amcor Flexibles, Edmund reduced average repair times by 26 percent, saving roughly 440 man-hours per factory annually. Founded in 2023 and designed to be hardware-agnostic, the company plans to use its recent €2.5M raise to expand its team and enter additional European and US markets while further developing its contextual AI troubleshooting capabilities.
- Openvibe
Led · Equity · Jan 2025
Openvibe is an app launched in 2024 that integrates open social networks including Mastodon, Bluesky, Nostr, and Instagram Threads into a single, user-friendly timeline and supports cross-posting. The product aims to simplify access to networks that use different protocols (ActivityPub, AT Protocol, Nostr) so newcomers don’t need to switch apps. Openvibe is available for free on iOS and Android and plans to introduce a subscription plan to generate revenue. With new capital, the company intends to accelerate product development, expand its user base, add integrations with additional social platforms, and refine the user interface. The app’s approach targets users who want a single gateway to the open social web and tooling for multi-network posting. Automattic’s participation was noted as significant given its history of backing open-source projects that compete with Big Tech.
