Overview
Established in 2011, StartupYard is the oldest private accelerator in the CEE region, focused on deep tech. So far StartupYard has invested in and accelerated 12 cohorts of 82 startups. Its aim is to help startups grow and gain further investment, while connecting them with partners and mentors to help them launch on the global stage. 40 alumni have raised further investment, for a total of over 40 million euros. 9 companies have been acquired.

Its tools cover digital game distribution, in-game transactions, and monetisation of private game servers, and the platform integrates with Stripe for payments. The company plans to integrate with third-party apps including Mailchimp, Zapier, Intercom, and various marketing tools. Fungies.io aims to onboard 2,000 game developers and publishers within the next year. The startup positions itself to serve both Web2 and Web3 commerce for in-game items and assets. It recently completed a fundraising round to support those growth plans.
