    Auxira Health operates a virtual cardiology platform that pairs advanced practice providers, medical assistants and registered nurses with cardiology practices as fully integrated remote “pods.” These virtual teams handle clinical and administrative tasks, allowing on-site cardiologists to see more patients and reduce workload. The company partners with cardiology groups and health systems nationwide, positioning its service as a scalable way to address specialist shortages and administrative burden. Led by CEO Inna Plumb, Auxira Health is building out technology and operational infrastructure to support seamless integration with partner clinics. The firm plans to hire additional clinicians and support staff to meet rising demand. By mid-2026, management expects the platform to support more than 100 cardiologists. The recent seed funding provides the financial runway to accelerate these growth initiatives and deepen product capabilities.

    Cerula Care delivers a team-based, cancer-specific behavioral health and care navigation platform that integrates directly with oncology practices. The company operates a virtual-first model offering counseling, health coaching, and psycho-oncology to improve quality of life for people undergoing cancer treatment. Cerula launched in 2024 with three large oncology practices and has reported statistically significant improvements in somatic symptoms, quality of life, anxiety, and depression within three months of care. Those clinical gains have translated into greater adherence to cancer care plans and a decrease in unwanted hospitalizations. The company raised an oversubscribed $3.7 million Seed round to scale operations. Cerula plans to use the new funding to expand services to more practices and invest in patient-facing technology.

    StrokeDx develops advanced technologies and software to enable portable, non-invasive, non-radiating cerebrovascular monitoring. Its approach offers a unique and highly precise method to survey strokes using next-generation technology developed by Shane Shahrestani, MD, PhD, at Caltech. The company positions its portable devices as a scalable solution to improve stroke outcomes and to address healthcare accessibility and equity. StrokeDx says early detection and rapid monitoring can shift focus from treatment to prevention and improve survival and quality of life. The company announced an oversubscribed $5 million Series Seed Prime to support further clinical validation and to expand its commercial efforts. To date, StrokeDx’s technology has raised almost $10 million, including a National Institutes of Health R01 grant.

    Ciba Health is a NYC-based digital health company that provides personalized, whole-person care using a root-cause approach to prevent and reverse chronic diseases. Its core offering combines expert care teams with extensive lab testing — onboarding identifies over 300 lab markers versus about 50 in traditional tests — and matches each patient with a provider team that includes 1:1 visits with a health coach, physician and dietician. Patients are given wearable devices such as Fitbits and sleep trackers to monitor conditions and support treatment. The company contracts with employers as a benefit and is also available to individual adults and dependents. Ciba recently launched a Pediatric Metabolic Program for children five and older and has partnered with Instacart Health and joined Solera Health’s network to extend nutrition and employer-focused offerings. The company plans to expand partnerships with third-party administrators, integrate GLP-1 step therapies into employer offerings and PBMs/health plans, and grow its employee headcount; leadership changes include the appointment of Nwamaka Imasogie as CTO and the promotion of Roger Chahine to President, with Dr. Innocent Clement serving as CEO. Ciba Health provides a global digital therapeutics platform focused on addressing and reversing chronic disease conditions through personalized programs. The platform tailors chronic care to address root causes, letting patients choose dedicated multidisciplinary teams of providers across locations, languages, and cultural backgrounds. Ciba supplies internet devices and other tools to close access gaps and leverages predictive analytics, remote patient monitoring, and digital therapeutic devices for real-time data. Its product portfolio includes programs for pre- and type 2 diabetes reversal, advanced primary care, depression & anxiety, and digestive health. The company is preparing an upcoming mobile app launch to expand care delivery and improve its technology stack. Ciba has impacted thousands of patients to date and was named among NY Digital Health 100 winners for 2023.

    CardioSignal builds digital cardiac biomarker technology that measures heart motion via smartphone gyroscope and accelerometer sensors and analyzes one-minute chest measurements in a secure cloud service. Its clinically validated algorithms detect atrial fibrillation and heart failure today, with ongoing development for aortic stenosis, coronary artery disease, and pulmonary artery hypertension. The company holds 52 patents and its methods are documented in more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. The CardioSignal application is available in 15 countries as a CE-marked Class IIa medical device for detecting signs of atrial fibrillation. Management says proceeds from the Series A will fund additional clinical validation and expansion of commercial efforts. CardioSignal is a product of Precordior Ltd (formed in 2017), headquartered in Turku, Finland, with a U.S. subsidiary in Palo Alto, California.
