allocatte is a DFSA-regulated fractional real estate investment platform headquartered in Dubai that offers tokenized shares in prime Dubai and Saudi Arabian properties. The platform reports over 2 million registered users from 211 nationalities, more than USD 1.4 billion in total property transactions facilitated, and USD 169.2 million in total investor returns distributed. In 2025 allocatte delivered an average annual yield of 10% for investors and is dual-regulated by the DFSA (UAE) and the CMA (Saudi Arabia). With the newly closed Series B, allocatte plans to launch new real estate funds spanning logistics, hospitality, and student housing, expand into additional MENA and Southeast Asian markets, and deepen its regulated fund offerings. The company also intends to enhance AI-powered portfolio analytics, develop a deeper secondary market for liquidity, and expand visa-related offerings such as UAE Golden Visa pathways for qualifying investors.
- Stake
Led · Series B · Feb 2026
Founded in 2021, Stake operates an online marketplace where users from more than 211 nationalities can buy fractional stakes in individual properties or professionally managed real-estate funds. The platform, which now counts over 2 million registered users across 181 countries, lowers the entry barrier to property investing to as little as AED 500. Stake has already expanded beyond the UAE, becoming the first CMA-regulated investment platform to open Saudi Arabia’s property market to global investors, where it has closed three funds that attracted 6,930 investors and deployed SAR 416 million. In October 2025 the company entered the U.S. industrial real-estate market, and it also rolled out StakeOne, a product that digitises full property ownership and post-sale asset management in partnership with top Dubai developers. Looking ahead, Stake plans to scale its cross-border investment model, deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, and pursue regulated tokenisation of properties with Property Finder, having secured in-principle approval from Dubai’s VARA. To fund these initiatives, the company has raised $58 million to date, including the recent Series B round.
