ReturnKey builds a Return Management System (RMS) that automates returns, complaints, and claims workflows and integrates with e-commerce platforms, omnichannel systems, CRM, and logistics. The platform embeds a return menu in merchant sites/apps so customers can register returns and merchants receive real-time information to process them. ReturnKey positions RMS as a solution to reduce manual, time-consuming return processes, lower complexity around shipping records, and improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. The startup was founded in 2020 by Dalton Fouts (CEO) and Will Henry (CTO) and is based in Jakarta. Financially, ReturnKey previously raised a $3.7M seed in mid-2022 and has reported a $9.7M Series A to regulators. The product-focused company continues to emphasize integrations and automation to address merchant pain points in returns management.

NeoKe builds a blockchain- and cloud-based platform that lets travellers securely store and share verified identification and biometrics, giving users visibility and control over their data. The company has launched two core products: Neoke Wallet, a digital wallet for travellers, and Neoke Connect, an identity management and automation platform for travel providers.
