  Clouted builds infrastructure to handle both the creation and distribution strategy for short video clips by coordinating a network of more than 100,000 gig creators to edit content and applying AI to determine ideal platforms and target audiences. Its system runs thousands of experiments—described internally as similar to penetration testing—to identify clipping and distribution approaches that trigger viral performance, and it uses continuous testing loops so campaigns become progressively more targeted and effective. The founder, Justin Banusing, first applied the technology to promote &Friends, a Manila-based festival that now draws over 20,000 attendees. Clouted positions itself against automated clipping competitors like Overlap AI while aiming toward the larger enterprise marketing infrastructure market exemplified by players such as CreatorIQ and Hightouch. The company completed a16z’s Speedrun accelerator in 2024 and is scaling its platform and creator network following its seed raise.

  OnSite develops an AI-powered communication platform that consolidates messaging, voice notes, images and other on-site data into organized, searchable project records that can serve as audit trails. The company aims to address fragmented communication and information loss in construction, which it says costs Singapore’s sector more than S$1.1 billion annually and sits within an industry valued at up to S$53 billion. OnSite is in beta with partners in Singapore and Hong Kong and expects to exit beta later in 2026. Planned product features include AI-driven assistants, project analysis tools, predictive risk assessments, and integrations with third-party software. Financially, OnSite recently raised S$1.7 million (US$1.3 million) in a seed round to expand its engineering team and speed product development.
