- Clouted
Participated · Seed · May 2026
Clouted builds infrastructure to handle both the creation and distribution strategy for short video clips by coordinating a network of more than 100,000 gig creators to edit content and applying AI to determine ideal platforms and target audiences. Its system runs thousands of experiments—described internally as similar to penetration testing—to identify clipping and distribution approaches that trigger viral performance, and it uses continuous testing loops so campaigns become progressively more targeted and effective. The founder, Justin Banusing, first applied the technology to promote &Friends, a Manila-based festival that now draws over 20,000 attendees. Clouted positions itself against automated clipping competitors like Overlap AI while aiming toward the larger enterprise marketing infrastructure market exemplified by players such as CreatorIQ and Hightouch. The company completed a16z’s Speedrun accelerator in 2024 and is scaling its platform and creator network following its seed raise.
- Wrtn Technologies
Participated · Series B · Jun 2024
Wrtn operates an AI portal launched in January 2023 that aggregates multiple AI models and enables users to build services like chatbots. The company positions itself as a large user-based platform to gather diverse AI offerings as models proliferate. Wrtn reported 2.2 million monthly active users, up from about 40,000 in the first quarter of last year. It aims to make it easier for people to use various existing AI models and to build their own AI-powered services. Wrtn has been attracting investor interest in the consumer side of the AI boom and its founder, CEO Seyoung Lee, has articulated a strategy focused on scale. The company declined to disclose its valuation following the latest funding round.
- Driver Technologies
Participated · Equity · Nov 2023
Driver Technologies provides a driver-focused matching solution to improve truck utilization for logistics operators, commercially offered since January 2022 (the company initially operated under the name Carnival). Over the past year its service footprint has expanded beyond trucking into retail with driver tasks, propane and petroleum delivery, industrial waste collection, and passenger transport (buses, taxis, hires). As of November 2023 the platform is used by several thousand domestic business locations. The company announced it raised about ¥100 million in an undisclosed round with participation from LINE Yahoo Group, East Ventures, Skyland Ventures, Vector, Headline Asia and individual investors. LINE Yahoo Group and East Ventures participated as follow-ons and were founding backers. Proceeds will be used to streamline workflows and accelerate technologization as the company aims to become the first-choice driver platform. Management cited an April 2024 labor-rule change capping drivers' overtime at 960 hours annually and expects the resulting supply-demand gap to increase demand for its matching service.
