- 01Health
Led · Series A · Jun 2026
Founded in 2022 by former NHS doctor Dr Sonia Szamocki, 01Health develops a platform that combines specialist oversight, clinical protocols, patient communication tools, operational workflows and AI-powered patient acquisition to enable specialist services to be delivered through local clinics. The technology has been applied within the company’s own services, including orthodontics platform 32Co and dental sleep medicine provider Aerox Health, and 32Co has helped build a nationwide network of providers offering specialist orthodontic treatment in the UK. While initially focused on dentistry, 01Health has developed the platform to support additional clinical specialties and is running trials beyond dental care. With the new $15M Series A, the company plans to commercialise the platform as a standalone licensed offering for practices, clinic groups and dental service organisations and to expand into the US market.
- Tembo Money
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Tembo Money offers a mobile platform that integrates savings products such as Lifetime ISAs, Cash ISAs, and Fixed Rate ISAs with a free digital mortgage advice service. Its newest product, HomeSaver, links saving and borrowing by providing a 5.24% savings rate to customers who later use Tembo for their home purchase or remortgage. The app continues supporting users post-purchase by tracking their mortgage in real time and surfacing the best available remortgage rates from both their existing lender and the broader market. Tembo’s leadership claims the company is on track to capture 20% of the UK first-time buyer market within two years, highlighting strong growth ambitions. The fresh capital will fuel further expansion of its app functionality and the development of a fully end-to-end home-buying platform. No revenue or user numbers were disclosed in the article. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Richard Dana.
- Arkk Solutions
Led · Equity · Feb 2026
Arkk Solutions provides software that standardises and automates key compliance functions such as customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, and audit-trail generation. The platform focuses on configurability and deep integrations so that financial institutions can reduce manual work, lower false-positive alerts, and quickly furnish regulators with evidence. Its value proposition centres on measurable process improvements—shorter onboarding times, reproducible decision logic, and "audit-ready by default" reporting. Investors view the company as a product-first, scalable alternative to labour-intensive consulting models. With new capital, Arkk plans to broaden its feature set, accelerate connector development, and expand across Europe. The firm also intends to invest in security certifications and customer-success infrastructure that shorten implementation cycles and deepen client stickiness. No revenue or user figures were disclosed in the article, but the narrative emphasises strong demand driven by rising regulatory oversight and efficiency pressures.
- Veremark
Led · Series B · Feb 2026
Veremark is a London-based workplace trust company that helps organisations verify, monitor, and manage employee credentials and conduct throughout the employment lifecycle. Its platform combines pre-hire background checks with continuous rescreening, anonymous whistle-blowing tools, and reporting features that surface concerns early to maintain workplace standards. The company can deliver criminal, employment, sanctions, credit, and bankruptcy checks across more than 180 countries and is building digital credentialing services such as its blockchain-based career passport, Verepass, which lets candidates control verified records. Veremark’s revenue run rate grew 300% in 2025, underscoring rapid commercial momentum. It recently bolstered capabilities through the acquisition of specialist provider Agenda Screening Services. Today the firm employs more than 200 people, operates seven offices worldwide, and serves over 6,000 clients including OVO Energy and Schneider Electric. With rising AI-driven fraud risks, Veremark positions its “always-on” trust approach as a critical compliance solution for regulated and multinational employers.
- Nu Quantum
Participated · Series A · Dec 2025
Nu Quantum is pioneering distributed quantum computing by developing the Entanglement Fabric, a modular, interoperable photonic networking stack that links separate quantum processors into a single, more powerful system. Its approach targets the key industry hurdle of scaling qubit counts to reach fault-tolerant, utility-scale quantum computers. The firm has already demonstrated world-first subsystems such as a Qubit-Photon Interface slated for 2024 and a Quantum Networking Unit planned for 2025, and it is advancing research in Distributed Quantum Error Correction. Fresh capital will accelerate product development, expand its multidisciplinary team, and support international growth following the opening of a Los Angeles office and the formation of a U.S. strategic advisory board. Nu Quantum also convenes the Quantum Datacenter Alliance to foster ecosystem collaboration with quantum processing unit partners. The oversubscribed $60 million Series A— the largest pure-play quantum networking round globally and the largest quantum Series A in the UK—provides substantial runway for these ambitions.
