Jenson Fund was launched in 2012 and is one of the longest running UK pre-seed fund. To date, the Fund has invested in over 143 start-ups with 11 exits and a portfolio enterprise value of active companies of over £200m. Jenson seeks to back founders with significant domain expertise and industry insight. Our typical portfolio will be made up of 80% digital businesses (B2B SaaS, E-commerce, and Marketplaces) across Fintech, EdTech, Climate, Web3 and Ai with a 20% allowance for opportunistic investments into deep-tech and IP rich consumer product. From Jenson 11 exits, the average exit multiple is 4.7x (12x exit in 2023). Jenson exited companies are now valued at over £700m and have attracted over £300m in follow-on funding from leading UK and international co-investors.
