Sêmeia develops MedicWise, a digital medical device and platform for remote monitoring of patients with chronic illnesses, aggregating data from lab analyses, connected medical devices and health reimbursement histories. Founded in 2017 in Toulouse, the company initially focused on nephrology and transplantation and has expanded into pneumology, rheumatology, oncology and mental health. MedicWise is used in more than 500 healthcare establishments to monitor about 35,000 patients. Sêmeia analyzes longitudinal clinical data to detect anomalies or deterioration between consultations and routes alerts to care teams. In 2022 the company raised €8 million and acquired competitor Optim’Care to strengthen its position in chronic kidney disease monitoring. With the new funding, Sêmeia plans to broaden specialty coverage, build AI-driven services to prioritize alerts and anticipate complications, and continue pursuing external growth.

  • MINDDAY

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

MindDay develops a mental-health app based on cognitive behavioral therapy, offering more than 60 programs and over 300 interactive sessions that address issues from stress and sleep to depression and relationships. Since launch the company reports nearly two million downloads (including 600,000 in 2025) and more than 50,000 paying subscribers, with 100% growth between 2024 and 2025. The platform was developed in part with psychiatrist Hervé Montès and positions itself as a preventive, scientifically grounded complement to professional care. MindDay has moved toward a B2B2C distribution model, integrating in early 2026 with the Santéclair ecosystem to reach nearly ten million French people via partner mutuelles and insurers. The company ran a 2025 study with MGEN of 1,000 users that reported an average 38% improvement in wellbeing after six months of use. Plans include launching a complete English version imminently and prioritizing expansion into North America, contingent on reproducing its insurer/partner distribution model.

  • Lifeaz

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Founded in 2015, France-based Lifeaz builds defibrillators that combine intuitive hardware with connected technology to guide untrained users through cardiac emergencies. The devices perform automated self-checks and transmit status data so owners can be confident they are always operational. Beyond hardware, the company offers a free mobile app and in-person workshops that teach life-saving skills and boost emergency preparedness. Lifeaz targets both private residences and professional settings, seeking to raise awareness and penetration of defibrillators outside traditional public venues. With fresh capital, the team plans to accelerate European expansion, broaden its customer base, and hire additional staff. Management’s stated goal is to increase the number of lives saved through wider availability and better training. The recent €13 million raise strengthens the company’s balance sheet for this next growth phase.

  • Wandercraft

    Participated · Series D · Jun 2025

Wandercraft develops AI-powered, self-balancing exoskeletons and autonomous humanoid robots for rehabilitation, personal mobility, and industrial use. Its flagship rehabilitation system, Atalante X, is deployed in over 100 rehabilitation centres across four continents and helps users take more than a million steps each month. The company is commercializing Eve, a personal exoskeleton that enables wheelchair users to stand and walk, and is developing the Calvin line of humanoid robots for physically demanding tasks and caregiver support. Wandercraft refines its systems with a neural network trained on billions of steps, billions of simulations, and tens of millions of real-world steps, and holds more than 30 patents. The company says it will bring Eve to market as early as 2026, expand clinical adoption of Atalante X, and develop and deploy the Calvin-40 humanoid robot. A strategic partnership with Renault aims to scale production and positions Renault as a commercial partner and first customer for the Calvin-40. Wandercraft develops Atalante, a 12-degrees-of-freedom, self-balancing robotic exoskeleton that uses walking algorithms to restore gait for wheelchair users. The company was founded in 2012 and is Paris-based. Its product strategy focuses squarely on user mobility and rehabilitation care rather than industrial or military applications. Wandercraft partners with hospitals and healthcare providers to deploy its technology in clinical and therapeutic settings. The firm announced plans to expand Atalante’s reach into the United States following its latest financing. Financially, the company has been capital-intensive: prior to the round it had raised $30.5M to date, and it is now pursuing commercialization and development with new investor support.

HelloBetter provides ten online therapy programs addressing common conditions such as depression, insomnia, and panic disorders, as well as underserved conditions including vaginismus and chronic pain. Six of its programmes have been approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and are integrated into Germany's standard healthcare system. Those approved programmes are available free of charge to publicly insured adults as prescription digital therapeutics. Earlier this year the company launched an AI product, MindFIT, in stealth mode and expects first results next year. HelloBetter has secured €3M in funding to develop and commercialise the AI to personalise user experience and improve adherence, satisfaction, and overall mental health outcomes. HelloBetter offers evidence-based digital therapy courses addressing stress, panic, depression, insomnia, and other mental health challenges. Founded in 2015, the company is a global pioneer in digital mental health research with 33 randomized controlled trials published in peer-reviewed journals. In Germany, six of its ten therapy programs are part of the standard of care and are available free to publicly insured adults as prescription digital therapeutics (DiGA). In 2023 HelloBetter has raised €12M to date, bringing total funding to €25M after a €5M second closing of its A2 round. HelloBetter, founded in 2015 as Get.on and based in Hamburg, offers psychological online trainings aimed at the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Its core product line comprises digital therapeutics (DTx) delivered via online training programs. The company plans to use new capital to ramp up commercialisation of its DTx products in Germany. HelloBetter also aims to expand its presence across Europe and into the United States. The articles report that investors have now committed a total of around €20 million to the company. HelloBetter develops digital therapeutics (DTx) delivered as software-as-a-medical-device to prevent and treat mental and behavioral health conditions. The platform offers programs targeting burnout, depression in diabetes patients, chronic pain and vaginismus, and has secured universal health-insurance reimbursement for four products in Germany. The company reported a 125% increase in total clients treated from 2020 to 2021.
