Overview
Founded in 1994, Pymwymic is the “Put Your Money Where Your Meaning Is Community”, a co-owned organisation of European wealth holders who take a frontrunner role in the transition towards investing with care for people and planet. A community that consists of over 150 individuals, families, entrepreneurs and angel investors of different backgrounds, ages and nationalities. We currently invest through the Pymwymic Healthy Ecosystems Impact Fund, a venture capital fund for companies that seek to conserve and restore our ecosystems, with a specific focus on sustainable food systems. By combining our knowledge, passion and money, we bring credibility to the impact investing industry and continuously push for higher standards until investing with care for people and planet is is the new norm.

Stenon's core product, FarmLab, combines proprietary optical and electrical sensors, AI, agronomic models and cloud software to generate real-time soil data directly in the field. The company uniquely measures nitrogen available to the plant (Nmin) at scale in-field and couples that with SOC and other soil parameters to inform fertilization decisions. Customer case studies across multiple countries report economic impacts including 20%–40% savings on nitrogen fertilizers and 2%–8% increases in productivity for crops such as maize, beans, cotton, sugarcane, coffee, grains and vegetables. Stenon sells to distributors, retailers, cooperatives, agribusiness groups, equipment dealers and consultancies and reports deployments across commercial areas totaling millions of acres. Near-term plans include expanding commercial operations (with Brazil as a central market), improving regional calibration and localization, and evolving FarmLab into a continuous, machine-integrated nutrient intelligence platform. The company is investing in further sensor, model and platform development as part of its growth strategy.

Resurrect Bio’s core product is its FloraFold AI platform, trained to predict protein–protein interactions between crops and pathogens, coupled with high-throughput in-silico and in-planta screening to validate candidates. The company identifies pathogen effectors that bind plant NLR immune proteins and recommends specific, often minimal, gene edits for partners to break those interactions and restore resistance. Resurrect Bio does not perform the gene edits itself but provides precise targets and instructions to seed companies and breeders. It has demonstrated proof points such as conferring resistance to potato cyst nematode and has a joint development agreement with Corteva to work on corn disease resistance. Founded in December 2021 as a spinout from The Sainsbury Laboratory in Norwich, the company has raised a total of $12.4M and will use the new capital to grow its team and advance development of disease-resistance traits.

Dimensions Agri Technologies has developed a sensorsystem that uses cameras and AI to distinguish between crop plants and weeds and to control spraying in real time, claiming average reductions in pesticide use of 40–45 percent. The technology is being offered factory-mounted through partnerships with agricultural equipment manufacturers such as Kverneland. DAT is developing a subscription model that provides cloud-based analysis of field data in addition to its hardware offering. Financially the company reported a 350% revenue increase in 2025 to 17.5 million kroner and its first profit before tax of nearly two million kroner. With the new 40 million kroner equity raise, DAT intends to scale its technology internationally, targeting broader adoption across Europe.

Norwegian AgTech startup Kilter builds autonomous field robots that marry advanced imaging, artificial intelligence, and patented micro-droplet spraying to weed vegetable rows with 6 × 6 mm accuracy. Its flagship product, the AX-1, individually targets weeds, enabling up to a 95 % reduction in pesticide use while preserving or improving yields. Originating as a robotics project at Adigo Mechatronics in 2015, the company spun out independently in 2020 to tackle labour shortages, rising input costs, and regulatory pressure on chemical usage. Kilter has been commercially active since 2021 and now serves growers of carrots, onions, salad, and beets across Norway, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands, with broader international expansion underway. The firm pairs its hardware with software that supports sustainable, efficient field operations and positions itself as a driver of the transition to a more sustainable food system. Backed by both strategic and financial investors, Kilter is now scaling production and distribution while preparing for a forthcoming Series B raise. Its recent capital injection strengthens its balance sheet and brings industrial know-how from global machinery leader Kubota.

Vivent Biosignals has developed a proprietary sensing platform that attaches electrodes to plants and continuously records their internal biosignals, effectively acting as a “Fitbit for plants.” By interpreting these signals, the software alerts growers hours to days before visible symptoms appear for stresses such as pests, diseases, water shortage or nutrient deficiencies. The product is already deployed across indoor and outdoor crops in Europe and North America, helping growers fine-tune cultivation recipes, raise yields, and reduce chemical inputs. The company generates value through early-warning analytics and data-driven recommendations that support more sustainable food production. With fresh capital, Vivent plans to scale commercial operations, extend support to additional crop types, and further refine its machine-learning models to improve diagnostic accuracy. These efforts aim to broaden market reach and deepen the data moat that underpins the platform’s competitive advantage.
