  • Natter

    Led · Series A · Apr 2026

Natter provides an AI-native platform that enables organizations to run thousands of simultaneous one-on-one video conversations and analyze them in real time to produce insights for sales, strategy, HR, and policy. The company positions its offering as a replacement for surveys, interviews, and focus groups, claiming internal data that 40 minutes of AI-driven conversations can yield more insight than over 500 hours of traditional interviews. Natter says its platform generates substantially more usable voice data and uncovers significantly more themes than conventional methods. Its customers include major enterprises such as Accenture, ServiceNow, Mondelez, PwC, and Philip Morris International. Natter reported rapid growth—expanding fourfold in 2024 and fivefold in 2025—and states that 80% of its revenue now comes from the U.S., which led to relocating its headquarters to New York City. With the new funding, the company plans to expand engineering, data, and product teams and accelerate development of its platform capabilities while strengthening its leadership team.

  • Overmind

    Led · Seed · Sep 2025

Overmind offers a platform that combines real-time infrastructure discovery with machine-learned change-pattern analysis to predict the impact of code and configuration changes before they reach production. Engineering teams use the product to run blast-radius analyses, automate risk assessments, and map dependencies and rollback paths, which the company says can cut overall change-review time by 70%. Key features include Signals scoring that flags genuine risks while allowing routine changes to pass automatically. Led by CEO Dylan Ratcliffe, the company currently serves engineering organizations that need to prevent outages and accelerate deployment velocity. With the newly raised capital, Overmind plans to accelerate product innovation, expand customer adoption, and relocate its headquarters from London to San Francisco. The business has not disclosed revenue or user counts, but the recent seed financing marks its first publicly announced round. By focusing on reliability and speed, Overmind positions itself as an essential tool for scaling software infrastructure safely.

  • Tensec

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2025

Tensec builds an AI-driven platform that lets import-export trading companies embed foreign exchange, cross-border payments, treasury and other financial tools directly into their workflows without any technical integration. Its "Powered by Tensec" model automates the technical, operational and compliance burdens, while U.S. banking services are delivered through partner Stearns Bank, N.A. The company is headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in New York, Mexico City and São Paulo, and is led by alumni of PayPal, Meta, Goldman Sachs, Visa, Mastercard and Credit Karma. Earlier in 2025 Tensec raised a $12 million seed round led by Costanoa to build out its platform. With the newly announced credit facility, management intends to scale annual transaction volume from roughly $500 million to $5 billion and onboard more than 100 new trading partners over the next 18 months. This ten-fold capacity increase positions Tensec to capture a share of the cross-border payments market, which is projected to grow from $194.6 trillion in 2024 to $320 trillion by 2032. While not yet disclosing revenue, the company emphasizes rapid user and volume growth as its primary operating metrics.
