  • EraDrive

    Led · Seed · Dec 2025

EraDrive is a California-based startup spun out of Stanford University that is building artificial-intelligence modules to give spacecraft the ability to operate autonomously. Its software and hardware allow satellites to avoid collisions, maintain safe distances, execute proximity maneuvers, control orbits, and fly in formation without continuous human commands. The company was founded by Sumant Sharma, Justin Kruger, and Stanford professor Simone D’Amico. With its technology, EraDrive aims to reduce operators’ reliance on ground control, lowering operational costs and enhancing mission flexibility. The newly secured funding will finance the first production runs of its autonomy modules, extend capabilities for low-Earth-orbit missions, and expand the engineering team. EraDrive is also forming partnerships with satellite manufacturers, commercial operators, and defense stakeholders to integrate its systems into upcoming missions.

  • Rivet

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Founded in January 2024, Rivet Tax applies artificial-intelligence workflows to the traditionally manual world of tax preparation. Its core platform ingests every client email, Slack message, text, Zoom transcript, and document upload into a searchable, AI-driven database so preparers can avoid repetitive questions and rapidly assemble returns. The company operates on a flat-fee model and now serves 600 clients that range from complex individual filers to roughly 100 large enterprises, including two with $30 billion valuations. Rivet employs 44 people across the United States and India, where 30 tax preparers handle a portion of the workload. Management’s near-term product roadmap targets automating up to 80 percent of each return at the click of a button, leaving human staff to review and finalize filings. Co-founders Nick Abouzeid (CEO) and Kyle Christenson (Head of Tax and former IRS auditor) emphasize that Rivet will remain independent while continuing to scale both its engineering team and go-to-market efforts. Revenue figures have not been disclosed.

  • ConductorAI

    Participated · Series A · Apr 2025

ConductorAI’s flagship product, Conduit, ingests policy documents, prior approvals, and heuristics to orchestrate document review and approvals for the DOD, USG, IC, and other highly regulated entities. Conduit atomizes policy statements into AI-enabled agents, rules, workflow steps, and document edits so the platform acts as both a research assistant and expert reviewer. The software is data-agnostic, model-independent, leverages approved LLMs, and can be deployed in cloud-native, on-premises, and classified environments. The company says the platform can reduce weeks-long approval processes to minutes and can shorten year-long review cycles to months. ConductorAI is actively working with the Department of Defense, including the Air Force, Space Force, and the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office, and is pursuing work across other service branches, USG agencies, and the defense industrial base. The company recently raised $15 million in Series A financing to accelerate growth and cut through government red tape. ConductorAI is based in Biddeford, Maine.

  • Haus

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2024

Haus is a San Francisco, California-based provider of decision science and marketing measurement solutions. The company offers GeoLift, a self-service platform that enables brands to run scientifically sound test/control incrementality experiments. Haus applies causal science and experimental rigor to marketing measurement across the $1 trillion global advertising industry. It works with brands including Intuit, Hims & Hers, Pernod Ricard USA, Coursera, Bally Sports, Caraway, and Sonos. Haus raised $20M in additional financing to support product and analytics expansion. With the new funding and partnerships, the company plans to deepen holistic marketing measurement and experimentation tooling, expand causal inference analytics capabilities, broaden its decision science platform across industries, and launch a new product called Causal Attribution. Haus provides a growth command center that combines causal inference with experimentation and AI to show how marketing activities impact top and bottom lines. The platform lets brands configure on‑demand experiments using only their first‑party data, without cookies or third‑party identifiers. Haus began with marketing analytics infrastructure and is building a broader data platform that extends to other business applications. Its initial products, GeoLift and CustomerLift, have been used by brands including FanDuel, Sonos, Caraway Home, Jasper, Jones Road Beauty, and Ritual. The company intends to use the funding to expand the team and continue building a suite of integrated causal analytical tools to measure and drive profitable growth. Haus is led by founder and CEO Zach Epstein and is based in Mountain View, California.

  • Kinetic Automation

    Participated · Series B · Jun 2024

Kinetic delivers digital maintenance and servicing for modern vehicles—including EVs, AVs and PHEVs—via its Kinetic Hubs and revenue-sharing partnerships with collision repair centers, dealerships and rental fleets. The company’s core product is a proprietary software and hardware stack that leverages AI, computer vision and robotics to scan, program and calibrate ADAS and other digital systems. Kinetic currently operates four service hubs (Las Vegas; Orange County, San Bernardino and Lake Elsinore, California) and plans to launch four additional hubs in the coming months to meet rising demand. The hubs are staffed by certified technicians who perform precise servicing and calibration for manufacturers-agnostic vehicles. Kinetic positions its offering as a way to reduce repair times and costs, address a shortage of certified technicians, and accelerate EV adoption by lowering total cost of ownership. The company was founded in September 2021 by Nikhil Naikal and Sander Marques and is headquartered in Santa Ana, California. Kinetic delivers digital maintenance and repair services for EVs, AVs and ADAS vehicles from any manufacturer through its Kinetic Hubs, stand-alone service centers staffed by certified technicians. Its solution is built on proprietary software plus AI, computer vision and robotics to enable precision servicing for consumers, dealers, rental companies and traditional repair shops. The company’s initial customers are predominantly collision repair centers that need AI- and robotics-enabled digital servicing to return vehicles to factory safety and performance standards. Kinetic launched its first hub in Orange County in May and is opening a second hub in Las Vegas this month. The company plans to use new funding to expand its engineering team with AI and robotics talent and to grow its network of Kinetic Hubs. Operationally, Kinetic reports its technicians can deliver 100% precision servicing in under 60 minutes and expects end-to-end cycle time to improve roughly 50% as it scales. Kinetic was founded in September 2021 and is headquartered in Santa Ana, California.
