Tomorro is a French start-up offering an AI-powered contract management platform used by clients including Veja, Nestlé and Ingenico. Its flagship AI assistant, Oro, launched in 2024 to help businesses analyze and process contract data instantly, supporting contract generation, editing, summarization, translation and data extraction. The company raised €25M in a funding round led by XAnge and Acton Capital, with participation from Adelie, Founders Future and previous investors HenQ, Resonance and Motier Venture. Tomorro plans to use the investment to accelerate expansion across Europe, beginning with opening a German office. In 2025 it intends to recruit a full sales, marketing and customer team while consolidating staff in France. The funding will also support further development of its AI and broader expansion efforts.

The product has been taken up by prominent firms such as Greenberg Traurig, Mewburn Ellis, Dexcom, and Philips, spanning Europe and the United States. Founded in 2024 by François-Xavier Leduc and Edouard d’Archimbaud (who previously built Kili Technology), DeepIP has grown revenue tenfold over the past 18 months. Management positions DeepIP as the modern, unified operating system for intellectual-property management, aiming to become the category leader in AI-driven patent workflows. To date, the company has secured $40 million in funding to accelerate product expansion and market penetration.

The platform lets users explore a 450+ million prospect database, instantly add LinkedIn and Sales Navigator leads, sync CRM contacts, or upload CSV files. It enables outreach via phone calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn messages. Zeliq is already used by over 2,000 companies worldwide. The company intends to use the new funding to expand operations, broaden business reach, and accelerate development efforts. Zeliq was founded by Dorian Ciavarella and Guillaume Cruz and is based in Paris, France. Following the seed round, total funding to date stands at $15.4M. Zeliq is an AI-based sales solution provider that empowers sales teams with prospect data to automate customer acquisition. Its platform features auto-prospection—BDRs input an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Zeliq’s enrichment AI generates lead lists tailored for higher conversion rates. The product offers an all-in-one dashboard to track sales activity across BDRs, and will include a LinkedIn plug-in and an email automator that integrates reminders and follow-ups into BDR workflows. The company is bringing its product to market and has acquired several hundred beta testers; the beta officially begins on 15 June 2023. Zeliq raised €5M in a Pre-Seed round and plans to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts. The company named Resonance as lead investor and cited participation from Berkeley SkyDeck, Polytechnique Ventures and business angels including Irwan Bello and Jacques Lewiner. Early clinical partners mentioned in the announcement include Gustave Roussy and Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute.

Tomorro, founded in 2019 and formerly known as Leeway, is a Paris-based startup that provides a collaborative, automated contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution for legal and operational teams. Its CLM tool enables collaboration across sales, marketing, HR and legal teams via a shared document, reducing back-and-forth and cutting end-to-end contract processing time by fourfold. In three years on the market the company has convinced more than 200 companies in France and Europe, indicating clear demand. Tomorro recently raised €11 million to support commercial acceleration and product development, including enhancements using generative AI. The company says its prior €3.5 million fundraising helped expand teams and grow the business. With the new funding it plans to hire over 30 employees by the end of 2024 and to prepare for international expansion across Europe.
