Lawpath is an Australia-based legal technology company that offers AI-powered legal, accounting, and compliance solutions for startups and SMEs. Its services include business incorporation, contract generation, and legal guidance. Lawpath’s AI system, developed with AWS and Anthropic, automates legal processes and handles roughly 5,000 inquiries daily. The company markets online legal and business services and aims to expand its suite of legal and compliance tools. Lawpath was founded in 2014 and operates as Lawpath Operations Pty Ltd. Lawpath operates a subscription-based SaaS platform that supplies legal documents, customized legal workflows, e-signatures, business-registration services and on-demand lawyers to small businesses. The company reports about 230,000 users and says it helps form roughly 5% of new companies in Australia. Typical customers have under A$5M in revenue and up to 20 employees; plans start at A$29/month and its popular Legal Advice tier is A$89/month with unlimited 30-minute lawyer calls. Lawpath has a 40-person team and intends to double headcount, focusing hires in product and software. Management plans to use the new funding to expand into New Zealand and Southeast Asia and to accelerate product and internationalization work; its SaaS infrastructure and APIs are cited as enabling quick localization. Usage has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, driven by demand for team accounts, document collaboration and e-signatures.

Wimp 2 Warrior runs a mixed martial arts (MMA) gym program and is building a digital platform to increase engagement and participation. The business is rolling out platform technology across 140-plus participating gyms in nine countries, including Australia, the UK and the USA. The platform is being trialed by several gyms to drive customer acquisition and retention, with plans to launch B2C MMA fitness and training programs people can follow at home. CEO and co-founder Nick Langton said the pandemic prevented the business from reaching eight-figure revenue in 2020, and that new capital will accelerate technology development, global growth and senior hires. Former Winning Group tech executive James Fleet has signed on as chief technology officer to manage the global roll-out. Co-founder John Kavanagh says a W2W distribution strategy could add 30–40% to partner gyms' top-line revenue and help popularise MMA similarly to CrossFit.
