Intelmatix launched its enterprise AI platform, EDIX, in March 2024 to provide decision intelligence to businesses across MENA. EDIX is designed for rapid deployment and does not require an in-house AI team, using local contextual data to power recommendations. The startup is initially focused on retail, logistics and workforce sectors and has signed 10 enterprise customers to date. In a year-long pilot in food and beverage, EDIX improved demand-forecasting accuracy by 15%, cut wastage costs by 75%, reduced overtime by 25%, and predicted new-branch revenue with over 80% accuracy. Intelmatix plans to expand its suites to cover more decisions and functions, and to target medium and smaller businesses as well as public entities across the region. The company closed a $20M Series A to fund platform expansion and regional scaling.

Dabchy operates a peer-to-peer online marketplace that enables users to sell and buy pre-used and new clothes. The Tunis-based startup was founded in 2016 and reports a community of over 400,000 users across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, with its Android app downloaded more than 100,000 times. The platform has facilitated more than 100,000 transactions to date and the company employs 11 people. Dabchy says it will use the new funding to expand its team, broaden its regional footprint, invest in product development and scale the platform. The startup is focused on further expansion into Egypt and Morocco and aims to become the leading fashion marketplace in the region while empowering women micro-entrepreneurs and promoting sustainability. It has participated in international programs including the Look Forward incubator in Paris and the Womentum Accelerator.
