Puffverse builds Web3 games and a platform centered on its Puff IP, starting with a casual party title called PuffGo. PuffGo will feature multiplayer races, a user-generated content editor for creating levels, and social interaction across a large world. The platform plans to issue a native token this year that can be used across multiple Puffverse games. Puffverse intends to migrate to the Ronin network to publish PuffGo and to upgrade into a cloud gaming platform next year. As part of that roadmap it will use cloud rendering to invite other NFT projects, convert 2D NFTs into 3D, and allow users to control NFT characters in cloud metaverse or game scenes for socializing and competition. The company completed a $3 million financing led by Animoca Brands, with participation from Arcane Group, Spartan Group, Foresight Ventures, HashKey Capital, Sky Mavis and Xu Family Office.
