M2P Fintech provides banking infrastructure, including lending, payments, and core banking software. The company is investing in AI infrastructure and computing capacity to support its products, with specific spend on token consumption for AI model processing. Leadership includes cofounded and CEO Madhusudanan R, who spoke about the recent financing. M2P completed a second debt raise in the form of a Rs 100 crore, three-year facility from Alteria Capital. A portion of that financing will refinance higher-cost debt the company took on in 2023. The capital is intended to support expansion across its existing product lines and to develop AI capabilities.
