- Credit Coop
Participated · Seed · Aug 2025
Credit Coop's core product is a Secured Line of Credit powered by the Spigot smart contract, which enables businesses to collateralize future revenues as programmatic recourse. The platform provides onchain execution with real-time settlement, automated loan servicing, and transparent credit monitoring. It targets institutional lenders by offering direct access to uncorrelated yield backed by verifiable cash flows while reducing counterparty risk. To date the platform has handled $150 million in total volume with over $8.5 million in active loans. The company plans to use the $4.5 million seed funding to increase engineering and business development headcount and rapidly expand operations. Trusted partners include Rain, Coinflow, Tulipa Capital, Re7 Capital, and Valinor, and Credit Coop is collaborating with Visa on enabling card receivables as programmable collateral.
- HEMI
Participated · Equity · Sep 2024
Hemi is a modular blockchain network built on Bitcoin and Ethereum designed to deliver superior scaling, security, and interoperability. Its core product offerings include the Hemi Virtual Machine (hVM), which integrates a full Bitcoin node within an EVM to let developers build smart contracts that work with both chains while remaining backwards-compatible with existing EVM dApps and wallets. The Hemi Bitcoin Kit (hBK) unlocks direct smart-contract access to granular Bitcoin state, enabling Bitcoin-native applications such as staking, lending markets, and MEV marketplaces. Other foundational features include Superfinality (a Proof-of-Proof consensus inheriting Bitcoin’s security), trustless cross-chain Tunnels for secure asset portability, and on-chain asset programmability (time-locks, routing, password protection, and gasless transfers). Hemi’s incentivized testnet is live and the team targets a mainnet launch in Q4 2024; the company announced a $15 million founding investment round to support development and launch. Hemi Labs was co-founded by early Bitcoin developer Jeff Garzik and blockchain security pioneer Max Sanchez and announced the round from Chicago.
- Rome Protocol
Participated · Equity · Jul 2024
Rome is building shared sequencers and data availability (DA) infrastructure for Ethereum layer-2s by leveraging Solana as an auxiliary state chain. The founders, Anil Kumar and Sattvik Kansal, argue Solana's performance makes it a strong choice for running a shared sequencer and low-cost DA. Rome also plans to enable atomic transactions between different Ethereum L2s so multi-leg cross-chain operations either fully complete or revert, minimizing user cost to a small Solana fee if a transaction fails. The project emerged from stealth alongside the funding announcement and says a closed network will be open to developers this month, with a testnet planned for the end of 2024 and a mainnet launch in mid-2025. Rome positions itself within the broader modular-blockchain trend alongside projects such as Metis, Espresso Systems, Nuffle Labs, and Avail. The company disclosed $9 million in funding from venture firms and angels; no revenue or user metrics were provided in the article.
- Prodia
Participated · Seed · Jul 2024

The company plans to use new funding to accelerate growth, expand into generative video, and support additional large language models. It also intends to grow its network to support more types of GPU hardware and more types of providers. Prodia raised $15M in a Seed round led by Dragonfly Capital. The company was founded by Monty Anderson, Mikhail Avady, and Shawn Wilkinson and is based in Atlanta, GA.
