Buenavista Equity Partners is an independent Private Equity group operating in the Iberian Peninsula and South-Eastern Europe. The company was incorporated in 1996 and GED’s professional Partners hold a majority stake in the Management Companies of the Group. GED is positioned in the middle market, managing funds in excess of €300M through 4 different Private Equity vehicles and operates in two different private equity sectors; private equity and private equity-real estate. GED Private Equity is looking at buyouts and expansion deals maximizing the portfolio value through a clear buy and build strategy in the core countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Spain and Portugal, backing medium size companies that can become regional market leaders. GED Opportunity targets opportunistic and value added real estate investments in South Eastern Europe. GED has a strong track record in Eastern Europe and the Iberian Peninsula, achieved it during its 19 years activity in the region through offices in Madrid, Seville, Bucharest, Sofia and Oporto.

    Founded in 2019, Xoople has developed a tech stack around government-collected spacecraft data and integrations with cloud providers, aiming to operate its own satellite constellation and optical sensors. The company has focused on data quality and embedding its data distribution into enterprise platforms such as Microsoft and Esri. Xoople recently signed a deal with L3Harris Technologies to begin building sensors for its spacecraft and says those systems will collect optical data. The startup faces established competitors that already operate satellites, including Vantor, Planet, BlackSky, and Airbus. Financially, Xoople has raised $225 million to date, including a $130 million Series B led by Nazca Capital. Management has said it continues to raise capital to fund full development and declined to disclose a valuation, noting they are “in unicorn territory.”

    Eranovum operates and deploys electric-vehicle charging infrastructure and also produces renewable energy as an independent power producer. The company is executing a plan to deploy roughly 1,000 charging points across Spain, France and Belgium, supported by the recent €16 million financing package. In Spain alone the firm will build 590 new charging points in 113 urban locations across multiple autonomous communities, with works starting this year and roll-out continuing through the end of 2028. Eranovum emphasizes integration between charging infrastructure and renewable generation and targets high-rotation urban sites including municipal tenders, supermarkets, shopping centers and urban parking. The recent financings provide long-term institutional capital and project finance structures intended to align funding with the profile of its energy infrastructure assets and to accelerate the group's European growth plans.

The company currently safeguards more than $70 billion in annualized payment volume, has prevented over $2 billion in fraud losses, and saved 20 million analyst hours to date. Feedzai’s platform is increasingly becoming core infrastructure as financial institutions migrate from legacy tools to AI-native systems. With fresh capital and a valuation exceeding $2 billion, management plans to intensify product innovation so every present and future payment method can be adopted safely.
