  • AssistMe

    Led · Equity · Aug 2026

AssistMe develops alea, a medical device and integrated care platform that provides event-based, actionable information such as incontinence events, body signals, posture and location to support care professionals in elderly care. Alea is already in use across care homes in eight European countries, where it helps tailor care to individual needs by making otherwise hidden events visible. The company plans further product development, broader expansion across Europe, preparation for US market entry, and expansion of alea into home care. AssistMe’s leadership includes CEO Julio Brandl and CFO Alexander Meiritz, who led the company through the recent financing. The company raised €6.5 million in the announced round to fund these initiatives, backed by both new and existing investors including CRB Health Tech SGEIC and Vorwerk Ventures.

  • Trak

    Led · Equity · Jun 2026

TRAK provides a 100% digital musculoskeletal rehabilitation service that enables patients to perform guided exercises at home using their phone or computer camera while AI analyses and corrects movements and clinicians supervise remotely. Its model combines automated, real-time exercise guidance with remote physiotherapist monitoring and physician-led treatment across the full care pathway from initial assessment to medical discharge. The company reports traction in more than 300 care centers and over two million exercises completed on its platform, with clinical outcomes including a 70% adherence rate, a 40% reduction in cost per patient and an average satisfaction score of 9/10. TRAK works with major insurers and health providers that together represent more than half of the Auto and Health market share in Spain among companies that use the platform. Future plans highlighted by management include international expansion (notably Colombia via Invima and broader Europe and Latin America), reinforcement of data security and regulatory compliance, and further development of its AI capabilities.

  • Circle Health

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Circle Health is building Circle OS, an integrated preventive-care operating system that aggregates data from wearables, laboratory tests, and clinic visits to generate personalized, proactive health programs covering metabolic health, hormonal balance, fatigue, and gut health. The platform uses AI to assist clinicians with individualized insights and care recommendations, aiming to improve both patient experience and clinical outcomes. Complementing the software, the company operates a hybrid clinic model that combines physical locations with digital follow-up, first launched in Berlin in 2023. Since opening, the Berlin clinic has served several thousand patients across numerous appointments and reports high patient-satisfaction scores. Circle Health plans to replicate this model in additional German cities, including Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf over the coming year. The fresh capital will fund continued product development and national expansion. No revenue figures were disclosed, but the company emphasizes strong early patient traction and satisfaction metrics.

  • Thryve

    Participated · Series A · Aug 2024

Thryve is a German health-tech company that offers an ISO27001- and ISO9001-certified API engine connecting data from more than 100 wearables and health sensors—including Apple Watch and Oura Ring—into a single, compliant data stream for insurers, providers, and digital health services. The platform automatically cleans, enriches, and annotates almost one billion data points per day, delivering near-real-time insights across mental, cardiovascular, and metabolic health. During the COVID-19 pandemic its technology was used by the German government for nationwide infection monitoring, demonstrating its scalability and regulatory readiness. Today Thryve’s customers span 20+ countries, and the company aims to double down on advanced analytics and preventive-health algorithms while enabling clients to run their own models within its engine. Management believes its solution can eliminate millions of doctor visits and add 20 healthy years to users’ lives over the next five years. The new funding strengthens its balance sheet for international expansion and deeper product development.
