    AIsphere develops multimodal video large models and related products, including the consumer-facing PixVerse (for overseas markets) and PaiWo AI (for domestic users). The company launched its real-time world model PixVerse R1 in January 2026, which supports 1080p real-time generation and on-the-fly video edits via natural language, and released PixVerse Game in July 2026 to apply real-time video generation to interactive entertainment. AIsphere reports that PixVerse has accumulated over 150 million global users and its PixVerse V6 model ranks on international benchmarks for text-to-video and image-to-video. Commercial partnerships and pilots include collaborations with Mango Media and enterprise partners such as Alibaba, Giant Group, China Ruiyi, BlueFocus and 37 Interactive Entertainment across short drama, animation, variety, promotional assets, interactive games and multilingual content. Financially, the company has completed multiple financings since its 2023 founding, including a March 2026 $300M C round that valued the company at $1.0B, and most recently the ¥2.98B C+ tranche led by Alibaba to fund further R&D and global expansion.

The startup offers image-to-video generation at a cited competitive rate of $4.80 per minute. PixVerse released its R-Series world models earlier this year and plans to launch a new V-Series model and a new world-model version within the year. The company has about 150 employees across offices in Singapore, Beijing, and Shanghai and has commercial relationships including a deployment deal with investor Alibaba.

Its infrastructure includes the StableX Network (powered by the StableX Engine and VisionX Compliance Engine), the PayX payments platform and WealthX treasury and investment services. The company services more than 1,000 institutional and accredited clients and says its Client Asset Management Platform processes more than $1 billion in monthly transaction volume and manages over $500 million in wealth assets. In 2025 the platform processed more than $10 billion in payments and over-the-counter trading volume across more than 13 stablecoins. MetaComp is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Major Payment Institution and, through affiliate Alpha Ladder Finance Pte. Ltd., offers services under Capital Markets Services and Recognised Market Operator licenses. The company plans to expand its StableX Network across high-growth regions and accelerate AI-driven features such as an Agent-Skills-MCP architecture.

Its core offering combines plant investment and construction with power-asset operation, integrated energy services, power trading, carbon-asset management and energy-IoT technology. The company runs six domestic operation centers—in Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and Xi’an—covering more than 100 Chinese cities, while its overseas projects reach the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania. PCG Power claims an accumulated grid-connected capacity exceeding 1.5 GW. In late 2025 it launched the sector’s first inter-institutional REIT for distributed clean-energy assets, underscoring an innovative financing model that attracted continued international capital. Existing shareholders include Temasek, GLP and several top Chinese industrial funds, providing a solid capital base for expansion. The firm’s B-round proceeds are slated to scale its project portfolio and deepen global market penetration.
