  • Néboda

    Participated · Seed · Mar 2026

Founded in 2019 by Iván García Besada and Roberto Estévez Quintela, Néboda has built its own vertical-indoor agriculture system that combines hydroponics, robotics and artificial intelligence to optimize every stage of leafy-green and aromatic-herb cultivation. The platform delivers pesticide-free, flavorful and longer-lasting produce at costs competitive with traditional agriculture. Over the last three years the company has quadrupled yield per square meter, cut water use by more than 90 %, and minimized its environmental footprint. Néboda currently operates a 200 m² pre-industrial plant in Galicia with an annual capacity of 8,000 kg, selling all output through leading Iberian fresh-produce distributors. The system is designed to be easily replicated worldwide, enabling local production and lower logistics costs. With the new funding, the firm will validate key business metrics, secure additional sales agreements and prepare for a planned Series A in 2026 to build its first full-scale industrial facility.

  • Foreverland

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2024

Foreverland develops industrial-scale, cocoa-free ingredient solutions intended to replicate the taste and functionality of chocolate; its flagship product Choruba is made from Mediterranean crops such as carob. The company positions its offerings as a way to reduce cocoa supply-chain risks, address price volatility, and mitigate climate-related pressures on cocoa farming. Foreverland has achieved IFS Food certification and reports accelerating demand from confectionery manufacturers. It aims to enable manufacturers to maintain production stability while offering more stable pricing and lower environmental impact. The company plans to expand commercially across Europe, strengthen partnerships with major confectionery players, recruit senior talent from the cocoa and chocolate industry, and expand its product portfolio to include an organic cocoa-free line. To date it has raised a total of €9.4 million in funding.

  • Innomy

    Led · Equity · Sep 2022

Founded in 2021 and led by Juan Pablo de Giacomi, Pablo Sánchez Rey and Francisco Kuhar, Innomy develops meat alternatives that combine mycelium with biotechnology to create a new generation of alt-protein sources. The company has spent years researching the properties and health and environmental benefits of edible mushrooms and mycelium. Innomy plans to scale its proprietary technology and bring its mushroom-based products to European markets. The team completed the Rockstart AgriFood accelerator and the Spain Foodtech program run by Eatable Adventures in collaboration with ICEX and CNTA. With this funding the company aims to scale operations and commercialize its products to reach thousands of consumers. The startup positions mycelium as a protein-rich, low-cholesterol alternative to conventional meat with potential climate benefits cited in the article.
