SaleSqueze targets categories such as home and garden equipment, outdoor solutions, tiny and modular houses, RVs, automotive, agrotech gear, industrial components, and medical devices. Led by CEO Leon Panjtar, the company plans to use new funding to accelerate market entry and enhance product development. The company is based in Skofja Loka, Slovenia.

Rayscape develops a complex AI-powered digital assistant that aids radiologists in analyzing medical images such as chest X-rays and lung CT scans. The startup was founded in 2021 by Sandra Idjoski (CEO) and Ivan Ralic (CTO), who previously collaborated on Teodesk. The team plans to add audio and video support in the near future. Collabwriting won a EUR 880K investment prize at How to Web 2023 and intends to use the funds for hiring and user acquisition via sales and marketing. Its long-term goal is to evolve from a collaboration tool into a full-fledged knowledge management platform connecting past and current organizational knowledge.

Synaptiq is a Romanian medtech startup founded in 2020 that develops Mediq, an AI-powered software for automated tumor and organs-at-risk contouring in radiotherapy. Mediq can contour 60+ organs across all cancer sites at human-level accuracy or higher and reduces contouring time from up to four hours to as little as five minutes. The software has been implemented and is being tested in eight radiotherapy clinics and was developed in-house after participation in the BCR-InnovX accelerator. In its first year the company raised a €250K pre-seed and received a €158K grant from Innovation Norway; it later launched a SeedBlink campaign targeting €600K that reached €650K. Investors in the recent activity include previous backers Cleverage VC and GapMinder VC, with Fortech Investments joining as lead. Synaptiq will use the latest funding to complete clinical trials required for CE marking (medical device risk class 2a) and plans to pursue FDA clearance and U.S. expansion in H2 2023. The company emphasizes patient safety and measured AI adoption while aiming to accelerate treatment planning and improve contouring quality.
