Its platform automates inventory synchronisation, order routing and delivery tracking, and includes tooling to detect fulfilment issues proactively; the company reports average customer-service query resolution in under five hours. Gonini positions itself as a partner for brands that want faster, more reliable cross-border shipping without building physical infrastructure in each market. Following the £3.3m seed raise led by IW Capital, Gonini plans to grow its fulfilment footprint, deepen platform capabilities and hire additional staff to support scaling merchants.
- Omni
Led · Equity · Jun 2026
Omni develops a range of plant-based, vet-formulated dog foods, treats, supplements, dental sticks, shampoos and calming products using novel proteins from yeast, algae and pulses. The company sells dry foods and wet-style meals, training treats, and a portfolio of supplements addressing skin, breath, gut health and weight management. Omni is commercial and growing quickly—founders Guy Sandelowsky and Shiv Sivakumar say annualised sales rose from about £1M to close to £13M and the brand has helped more than 300,000 dogs, with a 130% sales lift and 20,000 new customers after its Dragons’ Den appearance. It is developing LeanPaws, an Ozempic-style weight-loss supplement for dogs; a placebo-controlled trial reported 77% of overweight dogs taking LeanPaws lost some weight, 63% reduced body fat composition, and 42% showed fewer begging behaviors with virtually no side effects. Omni highlights the lower carbon footprint of its recipes—about 73% fewer emissions than standard meat-based dog food—and cites avoided customer CO2e contributions over time. The company plans to use new funding to scale UK retail presence, enter the US market, continue clinical research, and expand the team.

Ultravision2 is cleared for use in open surgery as well as minimally invasive procedures and is FDA-approved and CE-marked. The Ultravision2 System also supports Alesi’s own surgical tools that combine smoke management with tissue dissection functionality. Following the £7 million raise, the company plans to use proceeds to expand internationally and further develop the Ultravision2 platform.
- Navigator
Led · Equity · Sep 2025
Navigator is a digital advertising platform engineered to help brands adapt to the demise of third-party cookies by using exclusive, fully-consented first-party travel data for audience targeting. Through partnerships with major airlines and online travel agencies, the company aggregates real travel-intent signals that reveal where consumers will be and when, enabling highly accurate, privacy-safe campaigns across sectors such as luxury, financial services, healthcare, and sports. Its client roster already includes global brands like L’Oréal, HSBC, Formula 1, and FC Barcelona. Navigator’s approach not only safeguards consumer privacy but also helps marketers mitigate rising customer-acquisition costs and declining acceptance rates tied to cookie-based advertising. Founded by Olympic medalist and former Ink Global CCO Steve Rowbotham, the firm operates across the UK, US, and APAC regions. With fresh capital, Navigator plans to enhance its core platform, broaden commercial operations, and introduce a new SaaS product in partnership with a global hospitality software company.
- Impact Recycling
Led · Equity · Jun 2025
Founded in 2014, Impact Recycling developed and commercialised BOSS (Baffled Oscillation Separation System), a patented water-based density separation process that reportedly yields PE and PP output streams exceeding 95% purity. The company says its ability to recycle both rigid and flexible plastics positions it as unique in the mechanical recycling space. It operates plants in Glasgow (specialising in medical NHS waste) and Peterlee (recently expanded to recycle flexible film packaging) and serves UK and European clients across healthcare, packaging, and waste management. Impact has pursued a licensing model, signing an agreement with Syklo to build and operate two 25,000-ton BOSS plants in Finland, and counts LG Chem as a shareholder and licence partner. In November 2023 it received a grant from Innovate UK and an €8.2 million loan from Nestlé to support facility development. The company will use the new €3.8 million follow-on investment from IW Capital for business development and to continue scaling in current and new markets. Impact Recycling has developed a proprietary BOSS (Baffled Oscillation Separation System) water-based density-separation process that separates mixed post-consumer plastic into two consistent streams: polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) each with over 98% purity. The company sells the recovered, reusable plastic to manufacturers for goods and packaging, improving the economics of plastic recycling and diverting material from landfill and incineration. Impact currently operates sites in Newcastle and is completing a new operational hub in Bellshill, Glasgow; the article notes the business now boasts three sites across the UK. The recent capital injection is intended to accelerate growth and finish the Bellshill site, which is expected to create new local jobs. Impact has also received significant grant funding targeted at development and completion of the Glasgow site.
