- Revyve
Participated · Series B · Sep 2025
Revyve develops highly functional yeast proteins that mimic the binding, texturizing and emulsifying properties of eggs in categories such as bakery, sauces, alternative meat and plant-based dairy. The ingredients are promoted as natural, clean-label and price-competitive, helping food manufacturers tackle volatile egg prices, reduce additives and cut CO₂ footprints. In 2024 the company brought a first-of-a-kind production plant in Dinteloord online and, with fresh capital, plans to boost annual output to more than 1,600 tons. Revyve already supplies customers in Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, Mexico and Australia. Originating from Wageningen University & Research, the firm positions itself as a purpose-driven enabler of the global protein transition. Following its Series B round, Revyve’s cumulative fundraising now exceeds €40 million, providing resources for accelerated commercial rollout and global expansion.
