The company was founded in 2019 by Eric Daniel Fernández and Víctor García Pujol and is based in Barcelona. Kubbo says it has seen strong adoption by brands and eCommerce companies and positions itself as one of Spain’s more innovative logistics startups. Financially, Kubbo closed a second investment round of €1 million and has also secured a loan from ENISA to support team growth and geographic expansion into major Spanish cities. Kubbo is a Barcelona-based provider of fulfillment services and same-day, next-day and sub-2-hour deliveries for e-commerce. Founded in 2019 by Eric Daniel Fernández and Víctor García Pujol, the company operates multi-client urban warehouses where it prepares orders and manages last-mile deliveries. It offers integrations with major e-commerce platforms and a web application that allows clients to monitor inventory levels and order status from a single point. Kubbo plans to open new warehouses in six provincial capitals and to expand nationally during the year, with further expansion to other EU countries planned for 2021. The startup was one of two winners of the first PcComponentes Startup Booster program. Kubbo recently closed its first funding round, raising €266,000 from business angels led by Aurorial, with participation from Future One (Itnig), Successful Ventures and other business angels. Its credit-risk engine uses machine learning and analyzes more than 1,000 data points (vs. typical models that use ~15 variables) to optimize risk classification and reduce fraud. Nemuru says its financing capability helps merchants close more and larger deals and can boost sales by about 30% for customers. The company is diversifying into education, automotive, health and sport sectors to expand addressable markets. As of the article, Nemuru reported cumulative capital of €4.35 million and the trust of over 600 businesses. Nemuru operates a technological platform for 100% online origination and administration of loans, matching self‑employed professionals and SMEs that do home renovations with customers who need financing. The tool allows professionals to offer flexible financing plans and to anticipate payment collection partially or fully so they can focus on the work. The company has worked with partners including Blue Dream Digital and Sabadell Consumer Finance. Nemuru was launched under the Antai Venture Builder umbrella and started with initial capital of €750,000. The business targets a niche in the fintech sector serving home‑improvement financing needs. Proceeds from the round are intended to consolidate the business model and accelerate growth in Spain ahead of a push into the North American market. Consulting firm Roca Salvatella will act as a prescriber for the platform.

The startup launched its app in July 2017 and has processed over 10,000 orders through the app. It counts numerous affiliated restaurants in Madrid and Barcelona and is seeing growing interest from restaurateurs. The company will use the funds to develop new functionalities to improve the user experience and to invest in commercial efforts to increase the number of restaurants on its platform. Mr. Noow was selected in March to join Blackbox Connect, a Silicon Valley accelerator. The company is based in Barcelona.
