- Enerin
Led · Series A · Nov 2025
Enerin is a technology company focused on replacing fossil-fuel industrial boilers with high-temperature heat pumps capable of delivering process heat up to 250 °C. Its flagship HoegTemp system is modular, flexible and able to integrate with existing industrial energy infrastructures while providing near-constant thermal output independent of waste-heat profiles and steam pressures. By installing an Enerin unit, an industrial site can avoid roughly 36,000 t of CO₂ emissions over the equipment’s lifetime, offering a meaningful pathway to lower carbon costs and meet decarbonization targets. The company positions its technology as filling the critical gap in sustainable steam and high-grade heat production, which today accounts for more than 20 % of global CO₂ emissions. Proceeds from the latest financing will be used to industrialize the product, scale manufacturing capacity and broaden the product range. Enerin has attracted a diverse set of European climate-tech and strategic investors through its multi-tranche Series A round, underscoring growing market demand for industrial heat electrification solutions.
- OpusFlow
Participated · Equity · Oct 2025
Founded in late 2022 by Diego Smits and Joey Teunissen, OpusFlow provides installers of solar panels, heat pumps, EV chargers, solar water heaters, and related systems with a single cloud platform covering quotations, team scheduling, inventory management, sales operations, and invoicing. The software currently supports more than 100 leading sustainable installers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and the UK. With nearly 40 employees, the company has quickly scaled its customer base and product breadth. Management plans to integrate AI into the platform and roll out new modules addressing HVAC, wind energy, and EV charging infrastructure. Fresh capital will also fund deeper penetration of existing European markets and further international expansion. The rapid adoption of its all-in-one workflow suite positions OpusFlow as a key digital enabler for the accelerating renewable-energy installation sector.
- Converge
Participated · Equity · May 2025
Converge builds AI-powered concrete management and decarbonisation technologies that combine proprietary sensor data and advanced software to optimise concrete usage and lower embodied carbon. Its flagship platform, ConcreteDNA, integrates predictive AI models, sensor-based monitoring, and real-time data management to track and simulate concrete performance and optimise mix designs. The company says its tools help contractors make faster, data-driven decisions, reduce waste, and minimise resource inefficiencies. Converge highlights that concrete production accounts for roughly 8% of global CO₂ emissions and positions its technology to tackle that challenge. The company plans to use new funding to rapidly develop and scale its generative and predictive AI models globally. Converge’s mission is to enable the construction sector to build a net-zero future more efficiently through AI, sensors, and data.
- Withthegrid
Led · Equity · Mar 2025
Withthegrid develops the Teleport Gateway, a platform that enables real-time control and plug-and-play data integration for more than 450 asset types including solar inverters, wind turbines, batteries, and EV chargers. Its solution is used by energy traders, grid operators, and asset owners, with customers such as Eneco, Vattenfall, Essent, Vandebron, and Novar. The gateway integrates with analytics and monitoring platforms like ACCURE and SynaptiQ and includes Withthegrid’s proprietary Power Quality monitoring. The company plans to use new funding to enhance the Teleport Gateway, expand the Teleport Asset Library, and scale operations for European expansion. Strengthening security and data management is a stated priority to ensure compliance with European grid operator standards and reliable energy distribution. Withthegrid positions itself to help stabilise increasingly congested grids and enable more efficient energy distribution as Europe adds more renewable capacity.
- wattalps
Participated · Series A · Aug 2024
WATTALPS is a French lithium-ion battery company that develops modular batteries built around a patented immersion cooling system. Its products are certified to IEC 62619 industrial standards and ISO 26262 automotive safety standards and target heavy-duty and demanding applications including construction equipment, agriculture, mining, cargo handling, and high-performance vehicles. The company has invested 11 years of R&D in immersion cooling and offers batteries designed for improved performance, longevity, and safety, with options for second-life repurposing. WATTALPS reported revenue that multiplied fivefold in 2023 and tripled again in 2024. The new funding will support an eightfold increase in manufacturing capacity at its Moirans facility near Grenoble, cost and productivity improvements, product-range expansion, and commercial expansion beyond Europe, with a target to exceed €100 million in turnover within five years. WATTALPS also quantifies environmental impact, saying each battery module can prevent 1.27 tCO2eq and that deployments could avoid over 290,000 tCO2eq by 2028. WATTALPS develops and commercializes immersion-cooled lithium battery systems designed for heavy-duty industrial machinery. Its immersion cooling technology provides precise temperature control and safety while optimizing battery performance and lifespan in a compact footprint. The company is preparing to develop, validate and market the third generation of its electric batteries. Target applications include construction, lifting, handling, agricultural machinery and certain vessels, addressing global demand for machine electrification. WATTALPS has received European support to accelerate product development and international expansion.
