SynergyXR is a no-code, enterprise XR platform founded in 2008 that enables companies to use spatial computing, including AR, VR and MR, without coding expertise. The platform offers tools for design, development and deployment across various XR devices and targets industries such as manufacturing and energy. SynergyXR positions its product to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee safety and transform training methods. The company promotes a people-first approach to bring extended realities into daily business operations. Recent funding will support geographic expansion and go-to-market efforts. Leadership includes CEO Mads Troelsgaard, CTO Sune Wolff and Chief Experience Officer Thomas Fenger.

  • Rokoko

    Participated · Equity · Aug 2022

Rokoko produces motion-capture hardware (a suit and gloves) and an advanced motion-editing software suite that translates tracked movement into animator-ready character animations. Its tools are aimed at emerging indie creators as well as larger studios, making high-end mocap more accessible without specialized camera studios. The company reports more than 50,000 users worldwide, including some major industry names, though the majority are indie creators. Rokoko says it was profitable for the entirety of last year. Following a strategic investment from South Korean firm Naver Z, the company plans to expand its business into Asia and integrate with Naver Z’s Zepeto ecosystem to let animators monetize creations made with Rokoko’s tools.

  • TheFashion

    Led · Seed · Nov 2014

thefashion.com aggregates leading fashion stores into one searchable, store-like website that lets users shop products from multiple retailers in one place. The site uses algorithms and machine-learning technology to adapt to users’ tastes and surface products and similar items they like. Partners include online retailers such as ASOS, Farfetch, My‑Theresa and TheOutnet, plus several hundred smaller national online shops. The company is based in London and Copenhagen and was founded in 2013, with the site launched in May 2014 by CEO Kasper Vardrup. Financially, the company has raised seed funding and prior angel investment; most recently it closed a seed round. It plans to use the new funds to grow the platform and expand its offering into other Northern European countries, primarily Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands.
