Founded in 2018, Saudi-based Rewaa develops a cloud platform that unifies accounting, inventory, and sales data so merchants can manage both in-store and online operations in real time. The software functions as a point-of-sale system while providing centralized dashboards that cut operational workload and improve efficiency for small and medium-sized retailers. By integrating physical and digital channels, Rewaa helps merchants scale without adding back-office complexity. Proceeds from its latest financing will accelerate these AI capabilities and widen service coverage across Saudi Arabia. Rewaa’s Series B round brings in $45 million of fresh capital, giving the company resources for its next phase of growth.
