  Dirac Labs is developing navigation technologies aimed at enabling positioning and access beneath the Earth's surface and underwater. The company intends to apply its recent pre-seed funding to accelerate development and deployment of those systems to operate where GPS does not reach. Dirac has supplemented venture backing with public grants and accelerator support from NOAA via gener8tor, the Mercatus Center, the Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum, and the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub in partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Madison. The team includes founders Akshit Goyal, Sanket Deshpande and Aishwarya Das, and the company emphasizes early product-building progress.   Founded in 2022 as Ethereal Exploration Guild (formerly EtherealX), The Guild is developing Razor Crest Mk-1, a medium-lift, fully reusable rocket capable of delivering up to 24.8 tonnes to Low Earth Orbit and 10.8 tonnes to Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit. Both the booster and upper stages are engineered for recovery and re-flight, targeting launch costs of about USD 500 per kilogram. The vehicle is powered by two in-house engines: the 1.2 MN semi-cryogenic Stallion for the first stage and the 80 kN Pegasus for the upper stage, which employs a Full-flow Segregated Cooling Cycle to enable upper-stage reusability. The company is expanding its infrastructure with a new BASE-002 facility in Andhra Pradesh to support integrated engine and stage testing, supplementing its existing BASE-001 site in Tamil Nadu. Upcoming milestones include engine-level and stage-level testing of its technology demonstrator. Following its Series A round, The Guild’s valuation has risen 5.5× to USD 80.5 million, and its total funding stands at USD 25.5 million. The fresh capital will finance further development and flight qualification of Razor Crest Mk-1.

  Akashalabdhi is building ANTARIKSHAB, an expandable space habitat intended for orbital logistics, micro-gravity research, space habitation, and defense applications. Beyond the habitat, the company is engineering complementary systems such as inflatable solar arrays and other dual-use defense-grade technologies that can operate both on Earth and in orbit. The startup’s roadmap includes analogue studies and an orbital launch of its minimum viable product to validate the platform in space. Its mission is to place India at the forefront of orbital infrastructure by leveraging modular, inflatable technologies that reduce launch mass and cost. Akashalabdhi was incubated at the Foundation for Science, Innovation & Development (FSID) at the Indian Institute of Science and at TIDES, IIT Roorkee, and receives additional support from KickSky Accelerator. The new capital infusion provides runway to advance R&D and commence critical testing of its habitat and supporting systems. The company has not yet disclosed revenue or user metrics, as it remains in the product-development stage.
