Kalipso provides a unified regulatory technology platform that continuously analyses regulatory developments, identifies applicable obligations, highlights gaps in compliance frameworks and generates implementation-ready recommendations with full source traceability. The company complements its core platform with Kalipso Regulatory Radar, a real-time regulatory intelligence layer covering the entire regulatory lifecycle from early proposals to final rules and guidance, using relevance matching to prioritise developments by business model and jurisdictional exposure. - Tamtam
Led · Seed · May 2025
Tamtam provides AI assistants that automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks across the entire sales cycle, focusing on account research, ICP segmentation, and TAM expansion. The platform aggregates fragmented public sources (annual reports, 10-Ks, corporate sites, interviews) and clients’ CRM data, structuring information with high granularity. It maintains data on over 70 million companies worldwide and enables org charts, account mapping, and planning to help reps prepare and close larger deals. Less than a year after launch it serves around thirty clients and reports a 57% average increase in sales conversion rates and a 47% boost in annual contract value across its client base. Founders Edouard Epaud (CEO) and François Misslin (CTO) bring sales and SaaS experience and emphasize that the product enhances — rather than replaces — sales teams. The company plans to roll out new AI features and use the recent funding to strengthen its position in the French market before expanding into Europe and the US.

- C12 Quantum Electronics
Participated · Equity · Jun 2024
C12 Quantum Electronics is a French deep-tech company developing quantum processors based on spin qubits embedded in carbon nanotubes on semiconductor chips, a technology spun out of research at the CNRS and the École normale supérieure. By focusing on this differentiating architecture, the team aims to overcome the sector’s key hurdle: producing reproducible, reliable chips at scale. The company is now executing the 24-month QARTIQ program to industrialize its processors and prepare integration with high-performance computing and cloud environments. C12 already collaborates with Air Liquide on chemical reaction simulations, Thales on defense radar applications, and Dassault Aviation on aerospace multiphysics modeling to validate near-term use-cases. Financially, the startup secured an €13.9 million public innovation grant under the France 2030 plan and previously raised €18 million in equity from BNP Paribas, Bpifrance, 360 Capital, and Varsity. This blended financing positions C12 to transition from laboratory prototypes to factory-grade production while maintaining a capital-efficient approach. The firm sees industrial adoption of its hardware as the next critical milestone for European quantum competitiveness.
