The company is a New York City–based spinout of NYU Langone Health and is led by CEO Travis Wold. Imagenomix plans to focus initially on lung, brain, and breast cancers. It intends to initiate a clinical trial in breast cancer and to commercially launch a V2 lung cancer classifier later this year in collaboration with Proscia. The company plans to use new funding to accelerate technology rollout and expand its reach to clinicians globally. Pathway operates an AI-powered medical knowledge platform that uses natural language processing and machine learning to provide evidence-based answers to clinical questions. Its mobile app is available to healthcare professionals on the Apple App Store and will soon be on Google Play; the company has also released an enterprise version of its clinical decision support technology. Pathway delivers interactive “pathways” that guide clinicians step-by-step through diagnostic approaches and treatments, aggregating more than 1,000 guidelines and over 45,000 graded recommendations across 33 medical specialties. The product is used by clinicians in more than 180 countries and reports a net promoter score of 69. The technology is currently embedded in Heart Monitor, a mobile app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play (coming soon on CheckBP.com), which has been downloaded by over 80,000 people. With new funding, the company plans to expand Shen.AI's cardiovascular and mental-health capabilities and add functionality such as emotional-state detection and behavioral markers. MX Labs says it will invest in high-quality data acquisition, external collaborations with scientific institutions, and medical certification to position the product for telemedicine use.
