  • FlowCredi

    Led · Seed · Dec 2025

FlowCredi operates a digital marketplace focused on credit with real-estate or vehicle collateral, enabling consumers to compare rates and contract home-equity, real-estate and auto-backed loans in one environment. By automating quotations and approvals, the platform removes bureaucracy and makes collateralized credit more accessible. In less than two years, FlowCredi has surpassed R$500 million in approved home-equity credit, showing strong early traction. The company argues that home-equity loans can cut borrowers’ monthly payments by up to 85% when they refinance expensive debts. Led by CEO Bruno Gama and founded by former Credihome executives Deivid Bastos, Rodrigo Gordinho, Mayle Vaz and Caio Alfano, the startup blends credit, property and technology expertise. Its long-term vision is to popularize home-equity lending in Brazil through financial education, specialized channels and proprietary technology, tapping into a market that could grow from an estimated R$11 billion in 2025 to R$500 billion under the new “Marco Legal das Garantias”. The new funding inaugurates an aggressive expansion phase for the company.

  • KiddieKredit

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2023

Kiddie Kredit is a mobile app that teaches 4- to 12-year-olds the foundations of credit through gamified activities, a simulated 'Kredit Score' (300–850) and a rewards currency called Bamboo Bucks. Parents assign chores and activities; children’s Kredit Scores move up or down based on completion, and families can redeem Bamboo Bucks for rewards. The company has a partnership with Equifax (dating to 2021) and last year built a web platform that lets organizations like YMCA and partners add activities, rewards and push notifications. The platform unlocks over 250 hours of content that meets multiple National Financial Literacy Standards. Kiddie Kredit is used by more than 12,000 families, began generating revenue in 2021 and grew revenues 150% between 2021 and 2022; the CEO says revenues are tracking significantly higher this year. Founder and CEO Evan Leaphart says the company plans to expand enterprise partnerships, broaden reach and develop a follow-on product to serve teens, potentially incorporating a true credit product for the teen-plus market. Kiddie Kredit, founded in 2018, is a Miami startup that launched a mobile app last year to teach kids how credit works by leveraging chore completion as a learning mechanic. The app has been downloaded more than 4,000 times and users have completed over 32,000 chores, indicating early engagement, particularly among mothers. Kiddie Kredit has partnered with the Equifax Foundation and with rapper Mickey Factz to help promote the app, and it is in talks with a major teen banking company about another partnership. The team plans a second iteration that would include a "Credit Karma for kids" recommendation engine and a product-recommendation platform for financial institutions, with geo-fencing to surface local bank offers. They intend to offer a premium app version with additional features and are exploring ways to turn Bamboo Bucks into a digital wallet that kids could use for purchases or to send earnings to a bank account. With support from advisors such as Monique Idlett-Mosley of Reign Ventures, the company aims to deepen institutional partnerships and expand its social-impact mission to combat financial illiteracy among youth.
