MaxHome.AI develops an intelligent, AI-first platform tailor-made for residential real-estate brokerages. The product targets brokerage back offices, promising lower costs and faster closings through workflow automation. Founded by Divya Aathresh and headquartered in San Francisco, the startup positions itself as the digital infrastructure layer for modern brokerages. - Integrated Projects
Participated · Seed · May 2023
Integrated Projects provides digitization services through its Integrated Projects Exchange (IPX) platform, which helps customers scan, verify, view, and quantify building materials and equipment. IPX offers two digitization services: SCANIT, which mobilizes LiDAR scan technicians to create construction-grade 3D scans, and BIMIT, which processes 3D scans into IPX-verified models. Owners can use IPX-verified models to generate 2D and 3D plans, view virtual tours and photos, and quantify onsite materials and equipment. In 2022 the platform digitized more than 1,700 buildings for landlords, architects, and Fortune 500 companies across homes, skyscrapers, schools, hospitals, industrial warehouses, and retail centers. Channel partnerships with 3D scanning companies like Matterport and Sitescape FARO have expanded IPX’s reach across North America, Europe, and Australia. The company intends to use the new funds to expand IPX’s digitization capacity from six to 60 buildings a day. Integrated Projects is led by founder and CEO Jose Cruz Jr.
