- Prenew
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Prenew is building what it calls the most scalable way to buy and sell used gaming PCs, targeting the fast-growing gaming recommerce segment. Launched less than two years ago, the company began with fully manual processes but has since layered in technology to streamline diagnostics, refurbishment, and resale. It bootstrapped initial operations in Finland and has already expanded into Sweden and Germany, demonstrating early geographic traction. The team has grown from a small founding group into a multi-country organization and is currently hiring for operations roles in Berlin and software roles in Helsinki. Management positions the company as an emerging leader in European gaming recommerce, aiming to leverage its tech platform to accelerate market penetration. No revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the article, but the fresh capital is earmarked to fuel further European expansion and operational scale-up.
- ECAIR
Participated · Equity · Dec 2025
Founded in 2023 by ex-Lydia executives Maxime Bensadoun and Victor Jolly, ECAIR acts as a financial co-pilot for installers undertaking energy-transition projects. Its platform converts quotations into fully funded projects by offering an integrated capital stack that spans installer working capital and point-of-sale consumer loans. The newly launched consumer-loan product uses an AI-driven underwriting engine that calibrates repayments to a home’s projected energy savings, making projects cash-flow positive from day one. On the B2B side, ECAIR has already deployed more than €8 million in working capital to installers. With electricity prices up 80% and gas 120% in France over the past decade, the company targets a €15 billion French residential renovation market and a €100 billion opportunity across the EU. Proceeds from its latest funding will accelerate product rollout and support expansion across France before scaling further into Europe.
- Binsr Inspect
Led · Seed · Nov 2025
Founded in 2023 by Mark Garcia and Aryash Dubey, Phoenix-based Binsr Inspect develops a proptech platform that applies AI voice, AI video, and automated pricing estimates to modernize the traditionally manual home-inspection workflow. The SaaS product helps inspectors complete reports faster, generate more revenue, and offer a smoother experience to homebuyers and agents. By integrating artificial intelligence throughout the inspection process, the company seeks to turn fragmented tasks into a unified, data-rich workflow. Binsr Inspect’s broader mission is to simplify home buying and ownership, starting with inspections and eventually expanding its toolset across other stages of the real-estate lifecycle. The newly secured capital will be directed toward growing its engineering and operations teams while accelerating nationwide adoption. Although still early, the firm has now raised $1.1 million in external financing to date. No user, revenue, or customer metrics were disclosed in the article.
- Enzo
Participated · Seed · Oct 2025
Founded in 2021 in Heidelberg, Germany, Enzo (a brand of SafeHome) builds patented, AI-enabled IoT sensors that continuously monitor building water systems to detect leaks and anomalies. The company’s one.drop technology can be retrofitted within minutes without professional installation and claims 40-times higher precision than conventional water meters. By alerting insurers and property owners early, Enzo can cut claim costs by up to 70 % while reducing resource use and CO₂ emissions from repairs. Water damage is the largest loss category in German residential insurance, causing about €5 billion in annual claims, which positions Enzo’s prevention solution as highly valuable. The firm already works with insurers such as BarmeniaGothaer, Alte Leipziger, INTER, Hiscox, and SV SparkassenVersicherung, and its technology is live in several countries. To date the company has raised €6.2 million in seed funding, which will fuel further platform development, deeper insurer partnerships, and international expansion.
- Fleequid
Participated · Seed · May 2025
Fleequid operates an online marketplace that centralizes bus listings and runs open auctions where buyers compete, replacing backroom deals and long email chains. Every vehicle listing includes a full dossier of photos, videos, condition reports and a technical inspection verified by Fleequid’s expert team. The platform also manages the end-to-end transaction flow, handling payment, ownership transfer and transport. Brothers Filippo and Federico Battaglia launched Fleequid at the end of 2024 after more than a decade in their family’s bus trading business, Basco. In its first months the company sold hundreds of buses with bidders from Ghana, Romania, Iraq and core EU markets such as Italy, Poland and Bulgaria. Fleequid plans to use its new funding to accelerate rollout across Europe and further develop its technology so companies can trade buses with the speed of clicking “buy now.”
