  • Rewaa

    Participated · Series B · Jan 2026

Founded in 2018, Saudi-based Rewaa develops a cloud platform that unifies accounting, inventory, and sales data so merchants can manage both in-store and online operations in real time. The software functions as a point-of-sale system while providing centralized dashboards that cut operational workload and improve efficiency for small and medium-sized retailers. By integrating physical and digital channels, Rewaa helps merchants scale without adding back-office complexity. The company is layering AI into its retail management tools to deliver smarter inventory decisions and sales insights. Proceeds from its latest financing will accelerate these AI capabilities and widen service coverage across Saudi Arabia. Rewaa’s Series B round brings in $45 million of fresh capital, giving the company resources for its next phase of growth. No revenue or user figures were disclosed, but the sizable round signals growing market traction.
