  • Réempro

    Participated · Equity · Jun 2026

Founded in 2021 and based in Sequedin, Réempro operates across the full reuse chain: diagnostics, selective deconstruction, waste management, reconditioning and resale of second‑hand materials and equipment. Roughly 70% of its activity comes from reuse of building materials (sanitaryware, bricks, technical floors) while the remainder is from reconditioning and resale of professional furniture for banks, offices and architect firms. The company reported about €2 million of revenue in 2025 across France and Belgium, employs 12 direct staff plus 60 deployed operators, and aims to reach €15 million in revenue within four years. Planned expansion includes a new reconditioning center in Val‑de‑Fontenay and investment in new industrial lines for bricks and sanitary products, alongside a plan to double staff to support growth.

  • Jay & Joy

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

Founded in 2015 and based in Lacroix-Saint-Ouen, Jay&Joy makes cashew-based artisanal vegan cheeses—such as Brie/Camembert-style Joséphine and Roquefort-style Le Jeanne—using rigorous fermentation and ripening processes. After a 2023 production halt and receivership linked to listeriosis cases, the company was acquired by an investment consortium and resumed production under CEO César Augier. Jay&Joy owns the Les Nouveaux Affineurs brand following a 2024 acquisition, expanding its portfolio of alternatives including Camembert and cream cheese. The company is present in 10 European countries and launched in UK independent stores in 2025; Les Nouveaux Affineurs is in about 1,000 French stores with a target of 2,000 by the end of 2026. Jay&Joy grew sales by 90% in 2024 and plans to scale manufacturing to produce over three million plant-based cheeses annually by 2027.

  • The 8 Impact

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Founded in 2021, The 8 Impact is a French circular-economy startup that turns complex footwear waste into regenerated elastomer meeting the quality standards of major sneaker brands. Its patented mechanical process, complemented by proprietary formulation software, operates without water or chemical solvents and can cut carbon footprint by up to 50% versus virgin materials. The company currently runs a pre-industrial line in Bourg-en-Bresse processing 600 tonnes of waste annually to yield 200 tonnes of regenerated elastomer, with the balance diverted to uses such as acoustic insulation. Management plans to scale capacity almost seven-fold to 4 000 tonnes of input and 1 500 tonnes of output by early 2027. Future milestones include filing four additional patents, launching clearly branded material ranges, and expanding into new market segments. Commercially, The 8 Impact already works with Veja and expects Decathlon plus two major running-and-trail brands to industrialise its technology from 2026. A second capital raise is targeted for late 2027 to support international expansion, potentially including a U.S. facility. The company has 5 employees and has not disclosed revenue figures.

  • Epoca

    Participated · Equity · Sep 2023

Epoca publishes an open remote monitoring platform that uses connected medical devices to collect continuous health data for elderly and complex patients. Collected data is analysed by medical and paramedical care managers who are available 24/7 to assess patients and design personalised care plans. The company was founded in 2019 by geriatric doctor Elise Cabanes and nurse Mariana Fernandes to enable more patients to be cared for at home instead of in emergency settings. Epoca integrates connected objects and medical devices into its workflow and pairs technology with clinical staff to deliver remote homecare. With the fresh capital, the company plans to expand deployment beyond homes into independent residences, EHPADs and hospitals. Epoca aims to monitor almost 2,000 patients by the end of 2023 and currently employs 30 people, including 15 healthcare professionals.
